Ingrid Fermin graduated Cum Laude in Business from APEC University. Throughout her 30- year career in the mortgage industry, she has earned a reputation for visionary leadership, operational excellence, and a client-first approach.

In 2008 Ingrid started working for an Orlando based privately own lender, RP Funding, where she specialized in reverse mortgages before transitioning to traditional loan originations. Her dedication and performance led to leadership roles as Origination Manager and later Chief Operating Officer, overseeing processing, underwriting, and closing operations.

With her wealth of industry knowledge and commitment to helping families achieve financial security through homeownership, Ingrid founded Primera Home Loans. Under her direction, Primera delivers personalized mortgage solutions designed to meet each client’s unique needs — providing a transparent, efficient, and stress-free experience from application to closing.
